Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.  They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease.  Physiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle.  At the core of physiotherapy treatment is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is a type of health care that helps to solve the problems that interfere with a person’s ability to do the things that are important to them – everyday things like: Self-care - getting dressed, eating, moving around the house; Being productive - going to work or school, participating in the community, and; Leisure activities - sports, gardening, social activities.

Hand Therapy Clinic

Hand therapy is the art and science of evaluating and treating injuries and conditions of the upper extremity (shoulder, arm, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand). It uses a number of treatment strategies to help return a person to their highest level of function. It evolved from the need for a specialty trained therapist with the knowledge and experience required to manage the challenging recovery of complex hand and upper extremity injuries.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients. Our office provides specific massage and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient's condition and injury. The benefits of massage therapy may include increasing blood circulation, reducing swelling, relaxing muscles, relieving muscle pain and spasms, and aid in recovery and range of motion.
